Your Dog Will Never Get Thirsty With This Trick

Does your dog keep asking for refills of water in his bowl, especially during these hot summer months?

Before you start another tedious pour, check out this cool trick. It will self-refill on water! You will need a big soda bottle, two large spare wood slabs, and your existing dog bowl.

To start, take a thick piece of wood (any type will do) and cut it to match the bottle’s size. Then, nail the wood piece to the other uncut wood slab and slap some double-sided tape (or velcro) on the wood piece suited for the bottle.

Fill the bottle up with water. Stick them together, quickly put the water bowl underneath, leave a couple of millimeters between bottle and bowl, and bam! You’ve got yourself a self-filling water bowl. It will never leak, yet fills up when your dog drinks from it (simple physics my friend). Now go on and try out this awesome life hack!
