A1: It is difficult to determine your pet’s size based on its breed or weight, as all pets come in many different shapes and sizes. Please measure your pet’s neck, chest and neck accordingly, and refer to the measurement listed next to each size to ensure you choose the correct size for your pet. You should also check out the size chart in each product description to make sure the actual size for each products.

A2: Doggie Pet delivers to WORLDWIDE. All purchases will process within 48 hours once orders and payment are confirmed. Shipping will be made via Air Mail to worldwide. Please note that the shipping time listed below are rough estimates: For international orders for most of the countries, estimated shipping time needed would be around 4-20 days, depends on which country you’re located. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. **Times stated above are only an estimate and does not guarantee your item will arrive within that time frame. For public holidays such as Christmas, New Year, Easter etc please allow extra time for the post office to process and deliver your package. Also, we will not be held responsible for any delays due to custom checks for any country.**

A3: Doggie Pet accepts orders worldwide, and we are currently priced based on USD. No worries though, we do accept other currencies as well, in fact, Paypal or your credit card service provider will automatically convert the currency for you, so feel free to order our products and Paypal / your credit card service provider will take care the rest for you.

A4: Once you decide to buy, you’ll be directed to a secure site – Paypal to pay. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or Paypal account, both secured by Paypal. Paypal is one of the most well-known online payment gateway nowadays, so you could relax and trust on their service. Check out paypal.com to know more about how secure they are in technical terms. You’ll immediately receive an e-mail with the current status of your order. You won’t have to wait long: we usually ship out orders within 48 hours once order is confirmed. Then, we’ll send you an email with all the shipping date and info, along with the tracking information.

A5: Doggie Pet is only accepting payment via Paypal at the moment. However, Paypal also support credit and debit card WITHOUT the need of an actual Paypal account, so feel free to order and pay simply using your credit / debit card.

A6: Doggie Pet is happy to offer FREE international shipping on orders over USD $24.5* (After discounts and vouchers have been applied). A7: When you buy something online, you want it to be there right that minute. We’re not quite that fast, but your order will be shipped out within 48 hours once ordered. You can count the time you have to wait in hours rather than weeks. Your order will be there before you know it! A8: Just let us know the date you need them by and we will do our best to get them out in time. Normally, we can achieve a quick delivery using other premium service provider like UPS, FedEx or DHL to deliver an urgent product at small extra cost. Urgent goods can be shipped within the same day as receipt of payment has been received. Please contact us or email us if you have such needs, and we’ll do our very best to fulfill your needs.

A9: Doggie Pet only accepts returns under the following circumstances:
• Item is damaged when received
• Received wrong colour of product to that ordered
• Received wrong product to that ordered
If you found the above situation when the purchased product arrived, please notify us via email at info@doggiepet.efy.nrx.mybluehost.me for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. After you have contacted us, simply return your items to us in their original and unused condition within 7 days upon delivery of the item for an exchange or store credit. We carefully inspect all items before posting them. Items must be returned within 14days in a as-new, resellable condition. Important: Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the order. We cannot honor exchanges for any products that is sent back to us after 14 days, has been used, or is not in its original new condition. There are no refunds or exchanges given on clearance or sale stock, all sales are final. Note that we cannot accept refunds for clothing garments which do not fit; therefore please double check the “size chart” provided before making any purchases.
