The world’s tallest dog met with the world’s smallest dog

This is probably one of the greatest confrontations of all time, on par with the Poe/Dickens and General Grant/General Lee (Civil War) meetings. This video flashes back to 2007, when the world’s tallest dog at the time, a great dane named Gibson, met with the world’s smallest dog, Boo Boo the toy chihuahua. Boo Boo measured a tiny 10.16 cm tall, while Gibson was an astonishing 107 cm high.

The chihuahua literally fits in the palm of someone’s hand, while Gibson on his hind legs is taller than most people out there. Boo Boo is definitely able to ride on Gibson’s back, and they certainly enjoyed their historic meeting together. They had mutual respect for each other – after all, they are both famous Guinness World Record holders.
