Keep Your Dog Cool and Happy

We’re approaching the end of summer and fall is about to kick in, but it’s not too late to try out this cool life hack!

If your dog is active and loves going outside to play, consider this easy trick that can be done at home. To start off, place a couple of your dog’s favorite toys in a medium or big-sized bowl. Simply fill it up with water, place it in the freezer, and wait for a 2-3 hours.

By the time you take it out it should be all frozen up. Now you can take it outside, and when your dog is finished playing it will find a pleasant surprise waiting.
It’s a lot of fun for both your dog and for you, because you get to watch the epic cuteness that unfolds while it tries to get the toys out! Biting the ice will keep your dog nice and cool, and the entertaining contraption lasts for a long time. By the time the toys are out your dog will have drunk a healthy amount of water to make up for the expended energy used when playing. Give this a try and your dog will thank you!
